Welcome to Pound Foolish, the latest stream of Raff’s Brain content! This is where I document my ongoing struggle to lose weight, get healthier, and thumb my nose at the ever-approaching Grim Reaper—all while keeping it light, absurd, and just self-aware enough to (maybe) stay accountable.

🚗 Recorded while driving back from Duck, NC (quack, quack 🦆), this episode covers my first consultation with a health coach, my wildly inconsistent fitness history (shoutout to my Syracuse Auto the Orange mascot days), and my grand plan to get in shape without becoming a full-on “Whale” (yes, that movie).

💡 My Three Groundbreaking Health Rules (according to a semi-trusted insurance-appointed coach):
1️⃣ Drink more water. 🚰 (Revolutionary, I know.)
2️⃣ Eat with intention—no more mindless “fog eating.”
3️⃣ Stop eating after 7 PM. No late-night gremlin snacks.

Will I stick to these? Or is this just another absurd pit stop in my endless cycle of fad diets and fitness delusions? Let’s find out together.
